Delays in Delivery
While we strive to ensure on-time deliveries, we also appreciate your understanding that unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. Rest assured that we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise promptly and to your satisfaction.
Delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, postal disruptions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen logistical issues. In such situations, My Snug Bug will not be held responsible and you will not be entitled to a refund as a direct result of delay or lost items.
