All decals are printed to order, and are dispatched within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@snugbug.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure on-time deliveries, we also appreciate your understanding that unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. Rest assured that we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise promptly and to your satisfaction.

Delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, postal disruptions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen logistical issues. In such situations, My Snug Bug will not be held responsible and you will not be entitled to a refund as a direct result of delay or lost items. 

If your items are delayed, My Snug Bug will work closely with you and the delivery service to ensure your items are delivered as soon as possible.
